Orders with more than one item are assigned processing periods according to each item.

Returns

Due to the multiple parties involved which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we cannot fully manage stock. The stock can change at any moment. Be aware that it\’s possible that your order will be out of stock after you\’ve placed your order.

Our policy lasts thirty days. Unfortunately, if thirty days have passed since you purchased your item, we will not be able to give you a refund or exchange.

The item should not be used and in its original condition. The item must be returned in the original packaging.
